Put 1000 g Cinnamon Cake mix into a mixing bowl, add 350 g egg, 350 ml vegetable oil, 100 ml water, 180 g broken walnuts and optional amount of grated carrot or grated apple. Whisk the mixture for 1 minute at slow speed for 3 minutes at high speed. Pour the mixture into the mold. Bake in the preheated oven at 170°C for 35-40 minutes.
